Humans since 1982 is a Stockholm-based artist studio founded in 2009 by Bastian Bischoff and Per Emanuelsson (classmates at HDK Göteborg). Their work—most notably the kinetic clock series ClockClock and A million Times—turns arrays of clock hands into choreographed sculptures that visualize time. Major presentations and collections include Somerset House, the Smithsonian Design Museum, and Vitra Design Museum; a monumental A million Times was commissioned for Singapore’s Changi Airport.
